Mission Statement


The mission of the Alabama A&M University Food Market is to support and empower students by providing nutritious, culturally relevant food to those facing food insecurity. Rooted in the rich legacy of our historically Black college, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, caring community where every student has access to the resources they need to thrive academically and personally. We aim to promote dignity, self-sufficiency, and well-being, while honoring the history, culture, and resilience of our campus community.

Goal:The goal of the Bulldog Market (pantry) is to address food insecurity here at Alabama A&M University by providing food to students so they can focus on their education.
Requirement:
  • Must be a currently enrolled AAMU student.
 
Privacy:
The Campus Food Pantry strives to protect the privacy of all students who access it and to 
provide food to those in need within our student body.

Students to scan our QR code that is available on entrance. The QR code only provides data in reference to student count, classification.

The data will not become part of the student’s record nor will the student’s information be shared outside of Alabama A&M University.

  • Monday: 9-4pm 
  • Tuesday: 9-4pm
  • Wednesday: 9-4pm
  • Thursday: 9-4pm
  • Friday: By Appointment ONLY

  • Bring donated items Macalep and Macintosh Build, room 103: M-F 9am-4pm
  • Please go to the A&M browser page and click give now. This will take you to gift one 
    time or ongoing. Please select designated restriction from the drop-down box and 
    click Bulldog Market and follow pay option direction.
